​Terms and Conditions:

1. Bookings are for the term and are non-refundable. They cannot be transferred to another program, nor can they be refunded if a participant is unable to attend a session.

2. In the event that Rosewood Wild Therapy has to cancel a session due to dangerous weather, participants will be offered a make-up session or a credit towards the next term.

3. Participants acknowledge that Rosewood Wild Therapy is designed for managed risk-taking and that uneven ground, large trees, and other natural elements are present on the property. By attending the program, participants assume all risks and responsibility for their own safety and the safety of their child/children.

4. Participants are responsible for ensuring that they and their child are dressed appropriately for the weather conditions and activities of the session.

5. Rosewood Wild Therapy reserves the right to change the program activities or facilitators at any time without prior notice.

6. By booking a place in the WildPlay program, participants agree to have their contact details added to the Rosewood Wild Therapy mailing list to receive updates about the program and other related services.

7. Participants acknowledge that Rosewood Wild Therapy programs are inspired by Occupational Therapists and Therapy Assistants, and designed by qualified and experienced Early Childhood Educators.

8. By booking a place in a WildPlay program, participants acknowledge that they have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
