1. How does ordering work for different NDIS payment types?

Plan-Managed Clients: You’ll receive an invoice after placing an order, and we’ll begin program development and shipping as soon as payment is received.

Self-Managed Clients: You can purchase your kit directly at checkout, and we’ll start preparing your kit for shipment right away.

2. When will my WildKit ship?
All kits usually ship within 2 weeks' of payment. This is dependant on stock and our OT's being able to access client information via screener or telehealth.
For the Christmas Adventure Kit, shipping begins on 18 November.

3. What therapeutic goals do WildKits support?
WildKits are designed to support a range of occupational therapy goals, including sensory processing, fine and gross motor skills, and social-emotional skills. Each kit outlines specific goals it supports, which vary depending on the kit theme and contents.

Yes! We work closely with families to tailor each kit based on individual NDIS goals. Our occupational therapists offer guidance to make sure each kit is as effective as possible for your child’s unique needs.

Each WildKit includes all the materials needed for the listed activities. You’ll find sustainable resources like natural materials, sensory tools, and any special items needed for OT-guided exercises.

6. Are the kits age-specific?
WildKits are created for a variety of ages, with each kit tailored to specific age groups and developmental goals. Activities are thoughtfully designed to meet children at their unique ability levels, making them adaptable and engaging for a wide range of skills and needs.
