Step 1: Order Your WildKit

• Self-Managed NDIS Clients: Order directly through our online checkout. Simply select your WildKit, complete payment, and the process will begin right away.

• Plan-Managed NDIS Clients: After you place an order, we’ll send an invoice to your plan manager. Once payment is received, we’ll get started on the next steps.

 

Step 2: Share Your Child’s Goals

To ensure each kit aligns with your child’s unique needs, we start with an intake process:

• Intake Form: After placing your order, you’ll receive a link to complete a simple intake form. This gives us initial information about your child and their therapy needs.

• Choose Your Next Step: Once the intake form is submitted, we’ll send you links to either:

  • Complete a more detailed screening form, OR

  • Book a 30-minute Telehealth consultation with one of our occupational therapists for a more in-depth discussion.

These options allow us to fully understand your child’s strengths, interests, and therapy objectives before customising their kit.

Step 3: Individualised Program Development

Once we have a clear understanding of your child’s goals:

• Our occupational therapist will design a customised plan that adapts the activities in your WildKit to target those goals effectively.

• Each personalised program includes activity guidance tailored to your child, ensuring they get the most out of every therapeutic experience.

 

Step 4: Program Development and Shipping

After your kit is personalised, we’ll get it ready to ship:

• WildKits are typically shipped within 2 weeks of payment. Once we receive payment confirmation (either through checkout or from your plan manager), we’ll send you a confirmation and tracking details.

• Shipping dates may vary by kit and season, but you can expect updates along the way.
