With our 1:2 therapist-to-child ratio, each camper receives individualised care in a small group environment.

Cost Breakdown for STA Respite Funding (1:2 Ratio)

• Saturday (9am - Midnight): 15 hours at the NDIS STA 1:2 Saturday rate

=$905.00

• Sunday (Midnight - 9am): 9 hours at the STA 1:2 Sunday rate

=$676.92

 

 

Total Cost for the 24-Hour Camp:

$905.00 (Saturday) + $676.92 (Sunday) = $1,581.92 per participant

 

What’s Included?
This fee covers a comprehensive camp experience, ensuring that each camper’s therapeutic, social, and physical needs are met:

• Accommodation, meals, and all activities

• Individualised support planning, including a pre-camp consultation call with parents to discuss goals and any specific support needs

• Pre-camp materials: social story, detailed schedule, and a special camper pack to prepare each child for their adventure

• High-quality resources and activity options tailored to each camper’s goals and needs

• Post-camp summary detailing each child’s experiences, growth, and insights gained during camp

 

Funding Options
WildCamps are eligible for NDIS Short Term Accommodation (STA) funding, covering accommodation, food, activities, and 24-hour support. For families without STA access, Capacity Building or Core supports may also apply.

 

Private payment options and payment plans are available to ensure accessibility.
