Rosewood Wild Therapy is currently accepting NDIS plans.

Intake Process

1. Register your interest via our Expression of Interest form.

  2. When a place becomes available, our team will get in contact and find a time for a pre screening session with our Occupational Therapist. This will take place at a private practice in Port Macquarie. At this session your child may have the opportunity to meet members of our ‘Wild’ team, and will be given a Social Story        to help with transitioning to the outdoor therapy space.

   3. After screening, our team will speak to you about whether RWT will be suitable for your child and if so, the goals that we will move forward with. 

​

   4. Once we have your child’s intake form, signed waiver and service agreement, we will confirm their place at Rosewood Wild Therapy.
