Daily Skills & Community Connections

Our Daily Skills program is all about supporting adults in their quest for skill development and meaningful community connections. Whether you're a young adult embarking on the journey of skill building or an individual of any age seeking to connect with your community, we're here to assist you.

Through Daily Skills and Community Connections, you'll partner with a dedicated therapist who will work with you one-on-one. We understand that growth can happen anywhere, whether it's in the heart of your community or the comfort of your own home. Join us on this transformative journey towards enhancing your daily skills and forging connections in your local community

What can we do?

That all depends on our clients goals and needs!

We can support skill building in the home, such as meal prep or productivity and planning.

We can explore 'wild' nature spaces and expand our clients' confidence in different community spaces, or supporting them to try something new, from rock pooling at our local beaches, to kayaking down the Hastings River.

We can support our clients skill building in areas like styling and shopping for clothes, learning about personal hygiene and care, or learning to write a resume.

We have a highly skilled team who will collaborate to create a brilliant program for our clients, and where we may not have the knowledge for something our client is interested in, we will reach out to the local community to find the answer!
